It’s now been 18 days since I placed my order and 7 days since I left my first of several voicemails on the hotline and no one has called me back or given me any information as to where the filters I ordered are. Was thinking I was so smart for saving money on Berkey filters but I’m just out $70 and disappointed. Guess I can dispute the charge with my bank? Still disappointed.
