I try to buy American whenever I can but with service like this, I believe I'm going to shop somewhere else. When a person makes a purchase of $151.62, they expect service. Not only did the filters take more than two weeks to arrive. When they did arrive, the box looked as though my 7-year-old grandson had put the filters in the box. Shipping box was of poor quality and looked as though it had been through World War 3. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Being American you should take care of your product more. Since the box was smashed the filters where in not much better shape. I straighten them out the best I could and are going to use them anyway.
